The Private Psychiatry and Wellbeing Clinic has been set up to help those suffering from mental distress to get expert, fast assessment and evidence based treatment within a non-judgemental, safe, confidential and relaxing environment.
Dr. Cleak provides assessment, treatment and management of the following conditions;

Dr. Cleak works closely with local psychologists, and can provide onward referral and joint working as needed.
About Dr. Vicky Cleak MBChB MRCPsych PgDip MA
Dr Vicky Cleak is a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in adult mental health conditions. She has a post-graduate diploma in Solution Focused Therapy (2001) and Neuropsychiatry (2004) and an MA in Medical Education (2010). Dr Cleak currently works as a medical member of the first-tier tribunal service in the UK and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
Dr Cleak is on the specialist register and is regulated by the General Medical Council.
Dr Vicky Cleak graduated as a doctor from Sheffield Medical School in 1996.
Following house jobs, She moved to Southampton where she joined the Wessex psychiatry rotation. She obtained membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 2000 and has a CCST with dual accreditation in General Adult Psychiatry and Liaison Psychiatry.
After completing a year in liaison psychiatry in Sydney, Australia and registrar jobs in Wessex, Dr Cleak became a Consultant Psychiatrist in Poole, Dorset. She worked as a Community Consultant before setting up and running St Anne’s Hospital’s Acute Assessment Unit. The ward obtained positive reviews from the CQC for its innovative work.
As well as having experience as an educational supervisor for foundation doctors, core and GPVTS trainees, Dr Cleak has considerable experience in medical education, being both as an educational and clinical supervisor to trainee doctors, and was also the Clinical Tutor responsible for the education of trainees in Poole. This led her to gain an MA in Medical Education at Winchester University in 2010.
Dr Cleak moved to the Isle of Man in 2011 with her husband, a Consultant Anaesthetist. She worked locally as the Consultant in the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team as well as in the hospital in a liaison role until 2014. Since then, Dr Cleak has developed a portfolio career, working as a medical member of the first-tier tribunal in the UK, undertaking appraisals for doctors and coaching doctors and others, both locally and internationally.
