Individuals with Private Insurance
I am AXA/PPP approved and, to avoid inconvenience for yourself, I will deal with your insurance agency directly, as long as you have their prior authorization and have an authorization code.
If you need any blood tests or laboratory investigations, you will need to seek separate authorisation from your insurance company for this.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the insurance company authorizes the consultation. If not, the client remains liable for the consultation fee.
Unfortunately I am unable to see patients through their BUPA insurance anymore as BUPA wanted to reduce the fees paid to me and will not allow BUPA patients to choose to pay the difference. To enable me to continue to provide high quality care I am unable to work to their fees.
